Shipping policy

MULTI-ITEM ORDERS

If you order multiple items, not all delivery options and rates are available on checkout. If your delivery fee is unusual, please contact us for a quote as we may be able to pack items into fewer and smaller parcels.

FREE LOCAL PICKUP

Free local pickup is available from 3 Lilly Pilly Close, Clarence Town NSW 2321 with prior arrangement. 

If you use an express check-out service such as Apple Pay, GPay or PayPal and you only see shipping options, return to the Information page in the check-out progress bar to chose Local Pick-up below your email address.

COLLECTION AND STORAGE

Items booked for pick-up will be held for seven days. If you need more time to pick up your items, please contact us to arrange an extension. We reserve the right to make items available for sale that remain uncollected for more than seven days. A storage fee of $5 per cubic meter or part thereof per day will be applied to uncollected orders. 

NATIONAL DELIVERY

Delivery rates are calculated on checkout.  We use a range of couriers and postal services to for the best rates available to you. We will default to the cheapest available option to get the item to you and we will use the lowest cost option upon packing the order which may be different to the service displayed during check out. If you require a specific service, please leave a comment on check-out. 

CABINETS AND LARGE ITEMS OR ORDERS

Hunter Region, Central Coast and Sydney delivery is available for large items or orders for a flat fee of $80-$160 per delivery. Please contact us for a quotation.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Shipping rates for custom orders are subject to quotation. We will contact you with a shipping quotation to your location. Some bulky items may need special arrangements. You may arrange your own courier service at your own risk and expense.

Orders will be held for seven days from completion. We may place items on sale thereafter. Storage fees apply for uncollected orders.
