Insulated Cabinet Incubator

Large incubator cabinet made from 50mm insulated panels. Automatic temperature and egg tilting mechanism. 

528 or 1028 egg capacity. 

Heated water tray with floatation cut off and 20mm threaded pipe for plumbed or gravity fed water supply. Water supply hoses are not included. 

Egg trays and baskets are included. There are enough trays to fill the unit with egg trays or baskets entirely  

An additional shelf for egg hatching without a tilt function and separate large basket can be used while other eggs are being incubated and tilted above.

Fully automated incubation cycles for chicken, duck, goose, dove/pigeon, and pheasant eggs. Manual modes include setting temperature,  humidity and egg tilting function  UV light bulb for light and sterilisation.

Separate air extraction fan to regulate humidity and temperature. 

Dual computer control to maximise hatching success and minimise losses. 

Backup power supply is recommended in areas with unreliable supply. Power outages will impact hatching success. 

Computer components are made in Japan, the unit is assembled in China. Regular 10amp Australian plug. 

This incubator can reach its temperature quickly and maintain it with lower power demand due to its good insulation properties. 

Warranty: 2 years. Spare parts are readily available for this machine and can be ordered. 

Logistics: This is a large item that requires two people to load. Whilst the item is not overly heavy it is too bulky for a single-person to handle. A walkie stacker is available for loading onto vehicles up to 3m height. Courier deliveries will require a bulk handling quote. Please contact us before placing an order for delivery.
